That's weird. David Chandler sent me a cd-r a while back with the tracks "Cowberd II," and "Cowberd I." So it seems that Endpoint may have they're spelling all wrong. As far as CNS Engineering and Rehab., they can be found on OMCO's 1998 compilation featuring Solenoid, Jesse James, and Supplement Pulse Programming... Hope this helps, a little.
